2. Digital Services Only
Digital Bikana provides digital services, including but not limited to:
- Website Design & Development
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Google My Business (GMB) Listing & Optimization
- Social Media Marketing and Advertising
- Content Creation (Blogs, Guest Posts, etc.)
All services are delivered electronically. There are no physical products involved in any of the services we offer.
3. Service Agreement
Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation via email outlining the scope of the project or service package. Work will commence only after we receive the necessary project details and access (such as login credentials, website hosting, etc.) from you.
- Completion Time: Timelines for each service are outlined in the service package descriptions and are subject to change based on project requirements and client feedback.
- Client Cooperation: You agree to provide timely feedback, approvals, and any necessary information to facilitate the completion of the project. Delays caused by the client may extend the delivery time, but will not affect the service charges.
4. No Cancellation Policy
Due to the nature of our digital services, once the work has begun, cancellations are not permitted.
- Finality of Orders: All orders are considered final. Once an order is confirmed and work begins, it cannot be canceled.
- No Cancellations: We do not offer the option to cancel services after they are initiated, regardless of the reason.
5. No Refund Policy
We do not provide refunds for any services rendered. This includes, but is not limited to, partially completed work or dissatisfaction with the final deliverables.
- Non-Refundable Services: All payments for services are non-refundable, as our services require time and resource investment that cannot be recovered once work has begun.
- Client’s Responsibility: It is the client’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy of project details before confirming the order. Once confirmed, the service is deemed to be accepted as per the agreed terms.
6. Revision Policy
While we do not offer cancellations or refunds, we strive to meet our clients’ expectations by offering a revision period for each service.
- Basic Website & Services: 1 round of revisions within 3 days of delivery.
- Premium Packages: 2 rounds of revisions within 5 days of delivery.
- Extra Revisions: Any revisions beyond what is included in the package will be charged separately.
7. Payment Terms
All services must be paid in full before the work begins. We accept online payments via secure payment gateways. All transactions are encrypted for your security.
- Project Initiation: Work on your project will only begin after payment is received and confirmed.
- Late Payments: Delayed payments may result in delays to your project’s start or completion.
8. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the intellectual property rights of the final deliverables (such as website design, SEO reports, content) will be transferred to you. However, Digital Bikana retains the right to showcase the work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.
- Third-Party Materials: Any third-party software, plugins, or tools used in the project remain the intellectual property of their respective owners, and you must adhere to their terms of use.
9. Limitation of Liability
Digital Bikana strives to deliver the highest quality of digital services. However, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or results (such as search engine rankings or ad performance), as these are influenced by many external factors.
- No Guarantees: We do not guarantee that the service will meet your expectations or that the desired outcomes will be achieved.
- No Liability for Loss: We will not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of business, revenue, or profits.
10. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to terminate the services provided if any of the following occur:
- You breach these terms.
- You engage in illegal activities or misuse of our services.
- Non-payment or failure to provide necessary information within a reasonable timeframe.
In the event of termination, no refunds will be provided, and outstanding payments will still be due.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bikaner, Rajasthan.
